Euploea Studios Policies

To provide every client with a safe, respectful, and high-quality experience, we kindly ask that you read and understand the following studio policies before booking. These policies help us maintain smooth scheduling, ensure fair treatment of all clients, and uphold professional hygiene and service 

All appointments must be booked online via our secure booking portal:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment, unless otherwise advised by Rachel.
  • Appointments must be booked with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • You may reschedule your appointment by:
    • Logging into your booking profile online
    • Texting 0452 460 996
    • Emailing: info@euploeastudios.com.au

Please note: Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment. This is at Rachel’s discretion.


We understand that life happens. Please be considerate by notifying us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit, unless due to emergency or sudden illness, as determined by Rachel.
  • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will forfeit the deposit and be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
  • In case of an emergency, please text Rachel on 0452 460 996. Your deposit may be transferred to another date at her discretion.


We respect your time and the time of other clients, so punctuality is essential.

  • A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for late arrivals.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will receive a call and text.
  • At 20 minutes, your appointment may be shortened.
  • At 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, your deposit forfeited, and you will need to rebook.


We are committed to providing high-quality services and your satisfaction is important to us.

  • Euploea Studios has a no-refund policy on all services. Unless determined by Rachel.
  • If the outcome of a service does not align with what was agreed upon, please contact us within 24 hours.
  • In the event of an adverse reaction, please contact Rachel immediately. You may require medical attention.
  • A complimentary fix may be offered at Rachel’s discretion, depending on the nature of the concern.


Euploea Studios operates as a collaborative shared studio space made up of both Euploea team members and independent beauty and wellness professionals.

While all providers within the studio are carefully selected to align with the values and standards of Euploea Studios, some services may be performed by independent contractors or subleasing businesses operating under their own ABN, insurance, qualifications, and policies.

Please note:

  • Appointments booked directly with another provider within the studio are managed independently by that provider. 
  • Pricing, deposits, treatment outcomes, policies, and communication may vary between businesses operating within the space. 
  • Euploea Studios is not responsible for services, products, or transactions provided by independent operators unless the appointment was booked directly through Euploea Studios. 
  • We ask all clients to respect the shared nature of the studio by maintaining a calm, respectful, and welcoming environment for all guests and providers.

Euploea Studios reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue a service where:

  • a client behaves aggressively, inappropriately, or disrespectfully, 
  • contraindications make treatment unsafe, 
  • hygiene concerns are present, 
  • a client arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol, 
  • or where staff feel uncomfortable or unsafe. 

Client and staff wellbeing will always remain our priority.


If you are feeling unwell, experiencing contagious symptoms, or have recently been exposed to a contagious illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

This includes:
• Fever
• Vomiting
• Diarrhoea
• Flu-like symptoms
• Contagious skin conditions
• COVID-19 or similar illnesses

This policy helps protect both clients and providers within our shared studio environment.


Client information, consultation forms, photographs, and personal details are kept confidential and securely stored.

Information collected is used solely for appointment management, treatment records, and communication relating to your services.

Euploea Studios will never sell or share client information without consent unless legally required.


Photos and videos may occasionally be taken for educational, portfolio, or social media purposes.

We will always aim to obtain verbal consent prior to capturing content. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify your provider at any time.

Your comfort and privacy will always be respected.
